The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from Jan. 26-30. The county does not provide transaction information, but real estate documents are available for review at the clerk’s office.
During this time period, John Trevelline sold 8373 W. Main Rd., Westfield to Specktacular Foods, LLC of Westfield for $100,000. This is the location of the Farmer’s Daughter. They sell a variety of ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, flurries and a lot of other food.
