Hochul Takes Vow Of Poverty
Governor Kathy Hochul recently endorsed Zorhan Mamdani for New York City Mayor – an endorsement she would not make without being fully on-board with Mamdani’s open support for authoritarian Marxist/Socialist ideology. (As demonstrated earlier, all Socialism, “Democratic” or otherwise, is necessarily totalitarian and authoritarian.) With her endorsement, our Governor must now demonstrate her sincerity through her actions.
Governor Hochul must now implement the primary objective of Marx’s Socialism: Seize the means of production (businesses) away from private ownership and bring all of it under the full ownership and control of the State. She must implement the “Dictatorship of the Proletariat” that Mamdani openly demands. But Hochul and Mamdani must be careful: Creating “Socialism” without actually seizing private businesses would be Fascism. She might have made a trap for herself.
Also, many still do not understand why people around the world risked their lives to escape Socialism, or why people had to be imprisoned behind barbed wire to keep them from escaping those Socialist utopias. Perhaps Governor Hochul could explain this seeming contradiction and convince us that authoritarian Socialism is good for us.
If Mamdani and Hochul are serious Marxists (rather than bottom-feeding political opportunists), we would also expect them bring back the Socialist GULAGs (political prisons) so we can toss those pesky conservatives, libertarians and Christians (Marx: Reactionaries) into prisons where they can’t threaten the Socialist revolution. Perhaps Kathy Hochul’s COVID Concentration Camps (Section 2.13 of NY Title 10) can be re-purposed for this. That way, anybody who opposes Socialism in NY can be declared mentally ill and be locked away, just like in other Socialist nations. As Mamdani’s hero Karl Marx said: “Anything that furthers the Socialist revolution is acceptable.”
Hochul must be careful, though. The similarity between the Socialists’ GULAGs and Hitler’s Death Camps might be a political problem. History shows that Hitler copied the Socialist death camps in Russia prior to 1941 when Hitler (Fascists) and Stalin (Communist) were fraternal socialist twins. Perhaps Hochul will be able to talk around this messy topic also. But we digress…
To demonstrate her sincerity Gov. Hochul must begin with basic Marxism: Seize the means of production and end private ownership.
– Governor Hochul must relinquish all of her personal wealth that exceeds the average for NY citizens – say $50K – which was ill-gotten according to the Marxist doctrine she endorses. Her wealth came from profits earned on the backs of exploited workers (Marx: proletariats). Liberating Hochul’s private wealth will return tens of millions of dollars back to “the people” from whom it was stolen (according to Marx). She must also vacate her personal mansion to relieve the housing shortage and create housing equity for the “masses” she oppressed prior to her Marxist conversion. Restitution for past crimes is necessary under Mamdani’s Marxism.
– Hochul’s husband was a high-ranking executive in the Delaware North Corporation, an extremely wealthy crony capitalist business that made huge profits selling high-priced junk food to working people at sporting events. Marxists believe that profits are theft, so Hochul must seize the Delaware North Corporation in the name of the people and turn it over to the state to be run by the Bureau of Junk Food Management. We must implement Socialism correctly.
– Hochul must then seize all those greedy capitalist Wall Street firms that paid for her governorship in return for those lucrative wind and solar subsidies taken from working people. Wall Street’s immense wealth must then be redistributed to all working NY residents as reparations for all those years of “wage slavery” (Marx). Ask the people of the former East Germany how exquisitely that worked!
– Then, one-by-one, all remaining private businesses in New York state must be seized by the state and brought under control of the newly formed Bureau of Economic Equalization. No longer will we be at the mercy of private businesses seeking profits at the expense of the proletariat. Instead, all decisions about production and distribution will be made by Government bureaucrats (Marx: “disinterested experts”) operating within the “Dictatorship of the Proletariat”. Socialism must prevail, folks. After all, lazy people and criminals are entitled to the same income as entrepreneurs who work 16-hour days. Fair is fair. Marx and Mamdani said so.
Governor Hochul’s endorsement of Mamdani’s Marxist/Socialist policies means she has taken the Socialist vow of poverty on behalf of the whole state. (Or did she drink the political Kool-Aid?) She must now lead from the front – surrendering all of her family’s wealth and property, and confiscating all the wealth and property of her supporters and donors in the name of “the people”. This is a necessary step toward the collective good. This is Socialism. Onward (fist symbol)!
However, we little people (proletariats) – who are more than a bit skeptical based on history – will take Governor Hochul seriously only after she has actually demonstrated her newly minted Marxist credentials by actually taking the Marxist vow of poverty and turning over all her wealth to the people. To do anything less than full forfiture of her wealth and that of her Wall Street friends would reveal Hochul to be the opportunistic fraud we always suspected she was.
