To The Reader’s Forum:
In The Post-Journal (April 8, 2020) an article about a life changing encounter by Kevin Davenport regarding Mike Walker was true. I know because he was my neighbor.
However, Kevin himself was a true hero and also an inspiration to many others. He was a natural leader. Watching him play sports with no complaints despite struggles with his health made him a person many people looked up to. His parents also deserve a lot of credit for his positive attitude.
