Money Is The Answer To The Lake’s Problems
To The Reader’s Forum:
We don’t need any more studies by “scientists.” We need to listen to the scientists that have spoken. We know what is causing the lake’s problems. Now we need to unite in solving the problems. We need herbicide treatment, weed cutting and skimming and reduced nitrogen run-off. The problem at hand is — three organizations are slinging mud at each other in a fight for limited funding. The solution is a small lake property/use tax to provide funding for all the necessary endeavors. And, stop the wasteful lawsuits! And, stop the mud slinging!
