To the Readers’ Forum:

I just had to share a disturbing incident that happened at a local coffee/donut shop. Since this shop came to this area, my wife and I have really enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches.

Well, recently I stopped and ordered two of their breakfast sandwiches. They had been running a ”special” for a long time — ”2 for $4 plus tax.” The person at the drive-thru said ”That will be $5.70.” I said, ”What? No, they are two for $4, plus tax, $4.32.” She said ”You had no bacon or sausage on one of  them, so it does not count in the special.” I said ”it costs you less with no meat on one, so I have to pay more?”

Paying more for less is unacceptable!
