Dorothy (Hubbard) Luke, age 98, of Ripley, New York passed away on August 27, 2026 at Chautauqua Rehabilitation Center. She was born on December 19, 1927 in Sherman, New York to the late Ralph V. and Mary (Goulding) Hubbard. Dorothy graduated from Ripley Central High School in 1945 where she was the class valedictorian. She owned and operated Dorothy’s Beauty Shop in Ripley for 70 years, worked at the Chautauqua Athenaeum Hotel, and was a member of the Ripley United Methodist Church.
