James L. Tracy, 85, of Falconer, formerly of Ellenton, FL passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026 in Dunkirk Rehab and Skilled Nursing. He was born May 31, 1941 in Jamestown, the son of the late Winton and Wanda Hine Tracy. Jim was a graduate of Falconer High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Prior to retirement he was a self-employed contractor. He was a member of the Falconer Fire Department, Henry Mosher Post 638, American Legion.
