Eugene L. Chiappetta

Eugene was born to Joseph Chiappetta and Joan Pambianco in Jamestown, NY. He received his B.S. in Biology at Allegheny College and M.S. in General Science and Ph.D. in Science Education at Syracuse University. He enjoyed a long career at the University of Houston as a science teacher educator at the College of Education. In addition, he also worked with the College of Engineering on grants with an education component. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of 55 years; and son, Robert (Ashley).
