The Honorable Robert Lea Wolfe, of Spartanburg, SC and formerly of Warren, PA., died peacefully Thursday, March 13, 2025, nine days after his 99th birthday. He was the 12th President Judge of the 37th Judicial District, which encompasses Warren and Forest Counties, serving from 1994 until 2005. He was predeceased by his first wife, Margaret Larson Wolfe, in 1998, and is survived by his second wife, Susan McConnell Wolfe, six children, two step-children, 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He graduated from Jamestown High School and from the University of Michigan with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering. While at Michigan, he lettered in wrestling.
