Thomas A. Tedesco, 100, of Jamestown passed away Sunday (March 23, 2025) in UPMC Chautauqua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2025 in Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church, Falconer. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Silver Creek, NY. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday in the Falconer Funeral Home. A complete obituary will be published in Wednesday’s Post Journal.
