Rosemary E. Higbee, 75, of Orr Street in Jamestown, passed away Monday evening, April 28, 2025 at UPMC Chautauqua. A Jamestown native, she was born April 7, 1950, the daughter of the late Reynolds and Elizabeth Brown Buzard, and was a graduate of Southwestern Central High School. For many years, she was a teacher’s aide at BOCES in Ashville. Her family will remember Rosemary always as a great teacher, for both her students at school and with her family as well.
