Paula C. Mahoney Johnson, 77, of Brookdale, formerly of Frewsburg, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at UPMC Chautauqua in the presence of her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl A. Johnson, Sr. and is survived by her family including her son, Carl A. “CJ” Johnson, Jr. Her funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, June 21, 2025 in Fluvanna Community Church.
