The celebration of life for Susan M. King, 86, of Hunt Road, who died August 8, 2026, will be held from 1-4 pm Monday November 9, 2026, in the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Acu-Rite.
She was the widow of Stewart "Stub" King, Jr.
Surviving are two daughters Deborah (John) Lloyd and Kellie (James) Work; grandchildren, Melyssa (John) Parmenter, Alex Lloyd, Jacqueline Lloyd, Jacob, Tiffany, Crystal and Jaydon Work; great granddaughter, Ava Parmenter; a sister, Carolyn Wiggly and a brother, Donald "Bumpy" (Lois) Peterson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, Amy King and brothers, Edward, Allen and Darwin Peterson.
She will be laid to rest in Sunset Hill Cemetery alongside her husband Stub and daughter Amy.
Memorial donations may be made to Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care.
