James L. Tracy, 85, of Falconer, formerly of Ellenton, FL passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026 in Dunkirk Rehab and Skilled Nursing.
He was born May 31, 1941 in Jamestown, the son of the late Winton and Wanda Hine Tracy.
Jim was a graduate of Falconer High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Prior to retirement he was a self-employed contractor.
He was a member of the Falconer Fire Department, Henry Mosher Post 638, American Legion. When he moved to Florida he had served on various committees in the Colony Cove Mobile Home Community.
He is survived by several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Pearson Tracy whom he married August 15, 1964, who died May 9, 2019.
