Norma Perrin Teats, 84, of Russell, PA, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026 at the Rouse Home.
She was born on March 29, 1942 in Brockway, PA, the daughter of the late Robert Lee Perrin and Mabel Riley Perrin. Norma was employed by PNC Bank for 20 years as a teller. She enjoyed sitting in her chair watching her birds and flowers as well as traveling and camping with her husband and friends for 20 years.
She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Kenneth W. Teats, her two step-daughters, Lori (Almond) Baker of Kennedy, NY and Michelle (Benny) Colaiacovo of Dunkirk, NY, her great granddaughter, McKayla Colvin of Buffalo, NY, her step-siblings, Dana (Paulette) Cindrich, Kevin (Cindrich) and Robin Carlson as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her son, David B. Colvin, her grandson, Daniel J. Colvin, her brothers, Ronald, Donald, Robert and Jack Perrin and her sisters, Sherry Kendall, Patricia Robinault, Miriam Sliter and Carol Brin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the Youngsville Free Methodist Church, 179 Davis St, Youngsville, PA 16371, from 11 am to 12 pm at which time a memorial service will be held there with the Rev. Rick Hamrick, pastor, officiating. A private burial will be held in Foster Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Paws Along the River Humane Society, 212 Elm Street, Warren, PA 16365.
