Gordon E. Danielson, 82, of Frewsburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 in Warren General Hospital, Warren, PA.
He was born on September 26, 1943 at home in Frewsburg, a son of the late Gordon D. and Ruth M. Johnson Danielson.
Gordon was a 1963 graduate of Frewsburg Central School and earned an associates degree from Jamestown Business College.
Prior to retiring, he was employed for many years at Crescent Tool until its closing and was also a dairy farmer taking over the family farm from his father.
He was a history buff, reading old books and enjoyed collecting antiques and always had a well-kept yard.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Melonee L. Winton Danielson; a son, Gregory (Stephanie) Danielson; a stepson, Kevin (Krystal) Anderson; three grandchildren: Abbey, Benjamin, and Emelia Anderson; an aunt, Norma Gagliano; and two cousins, Tom and Mark Danielson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Judith Norton.
Friends will be received from 3-6 pm on Saturday, September 12, 2026 in Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg.
