Sylvia S. (Snyder) Sheridan of Hamburg, NY passed away on July 22, 2026. She was born on August 16, 1933 in Jamestown, NY to Leonard Snyder and Carol Bailey Snyder. Beloved wife of Edward Sheridan; dearest Mother of Amy (Gary) Empric and the late Andrew E. Sheridan; cherished "CC" of Ben, Katie, Morgan, and Abbey; loving sister of the late Mary (Ben) Spitzer, Leonard (Kimberly) Snyder and Carol Snyder; also survived by nieces and nephews. Sylvia was an artist who owned and operated her own studio and gallery in Orchard Park-Art Etcetera. Sylvia asked if you can, buy a painting set for a child you love.
The family will receive friends on August 22 from 10 AM- 12 Noon at LOOMIS, OFFERS & LOOMIS INC. FUNERAL HOME. (Hamburg Chapel) 207 Main St, where a service will be held at 12 Noon.
