The memorial service for Sharon Marie Monagan Sciandra, 80, of Sun City, AZ, who passed away peacefully on May 7, 2026, will be held at noon Saturday August 1, 2026, in The Salvation Army, 83 South Main Stt.
She dedicated her life to helping others through her work as a social worker, a profession that reflected her compassionate heart, generous spirit, and deep commitment to serving those in need. Her acts of service took place in various agencies throughout Jamestown, NY and Greensboro, NC.
Sharon is survived by her children, Robin Sciandra (Michael) Tedquist and Christopher (Michelle) Sciandra; her beloved grandchildren, Alexander Dietrick, Emily Dietrick, Kayla Sciandra (Tyler) Durham, Sophia and Ava Sciandra; her great-grandchild, Grayson Durham; her step-grandchildren, Erik, Kristen, and Heather Tedquist; step-great grandchildren Haidan, Mabel, and Alistair and her sisters, Nancy (Thomas) Smonskey, Cathy (Charles) Wilkes, and Lora (Shawn) Zwicker.
She was preceded in death by her brother, John Monagan.
