He had an unwavering passion for cooking and cherished time spent with his family. A devoted Buffalo Bills fan, Oscar followed the team with fervent enthusiasm, embodying the spirit of a true fan.
Oscar is survived by his sisters, Patricia Stewart, Joyce Wright, Joanne Kinsey, Theresa Kinsey, Lonna Kinsey; Brother; Allen Kinsey, Reginald; sons, Raymond Lamb, Franklin Lamb, Dre Riley, and Lavern Riley; daughters, Aysha Brunner and Cree'Ann Brunner; and step-grandson Greg H (Including a host of step grandchildren and step great grandchildren); Nephews, Calvin Kinsey, Branden Stewart, Lonnie Jr, Josh Vonvolen, AJ McFadden.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey McFadden, Lonnie Kinsey, and stepson, Milton Hall.
