Maxine E. (Bowman) Fuller

She was born on June 27, 1931 in Ripley, New York to the late Max M. and Evelyn N. (Sparling) Bowman.

Maxine’s passion for nurturing plants was not simply a hobby; it was a reflection of her deep-rooted love for the beauty and wonder of nature and God. Planting the seeds of love and kindness in her family was her passion in life, she will be sadly missed for her warm spirit and heart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Fuller, Jr.; sisters, Darlene Hopkins, Judy Lee Bowman, Gloria Paternosh, and Trudy L. Leeper; and brothers, LeRoy Bowman and Carl R. Bowman.

Maxine is survived by her daughters, Justine E. Knapp (Steve) and April Fuller; brothers, Edward M. Bowman (Donna), Charles M. Bowman, Elwood D. Bowman (Lana), and Larry R. Bowman (Jan); sister, Edris E. Bowman; granddaughter, Karrie Fuller; and great-grandchildren, Michael Clark and Ella Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.

Per Maxine’s request private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake St., North East. Private interment will be held at Grahamville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Panama Fire Department. Please send condolences to elkinfh.com.
