Eileen A. (Callan) Sickles

Eileen A. (Callan) Sickles, 91, of Woodmancy Road, Randolph, passed away, Tuesday (June 30, 2026) in the comfort of her home with her children at her side, while under Hospice Care.

She was born July 8, 1934 in Mumford, New York the daughter of the late Charles and Marion C. (Whitman) Callan. Eileen was a 1952 graduate of Caledonia-Mumford High School in Caledonia, NY.

Mrs. Sickles was a home maker to her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed her weekly lunes with son Tim, Sunday Ice Cream with daughter Jeanne and Saturday morning coffee with the whole family. She also liked gardening, flowers, puzzles, watching all things sports, playing Euchre and Cribbage with friends and family, socializing and enjoying a daily glass of wine.

Eileen was a member of the Randolph American Legion Auxiliary Unit 181and was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Randolph.

She is survived by two sons, Gary (Kathy) Sickles Jr and Timothy (Linda) Sickles of Randolph, three daughters, Catherine (Warren) Kinney of Kennedy, Janice (David) Finch and Jeanne (Alan) Cobo all of Randolph, two sisters; Jeanne Nichols of Batavia and Kathleen Donegon of Caledonia, 11 grandchildren, Lucas (Noelle Reding) Sickles, Jesse Sickles, Andy (Courtney) Sickles, Justin (Brandy) Kinney, Melissa (Harley) Davis, John (Kristy) Finch, Autumn (Brent) Harkness and Jake Brown (Elise Pol), Stephanie (Shawn) Henderson, and Cheri (Rich) Beschler. as well as 19 great grandchildren, Taige, Gemma, Wren, Kamren, Dallas, Caleb, Carter, Tucker, Charlotte, Evelyn, Marcus and Miller, Tyler, Nick, Mason, Chase, Brooks, Mara and Layla, 2 great-great grandchild, Rylee and Audrey, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marion, her husband Gary E. Sickles Sr., whom, she married on September 30, 1953 in St. Columbus Catholic Church in Caledonia, NY and who preceded her on August 23, 2021 and a sister, Patricia Keenan.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, on her birthday, Wednesday (July 8, 2026) from St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM. The Rev. Marcin Porada will be the Celebrant. A Celebration of Life and Luncheon will follow at Eileen’s home, 10630 Woodmancy Road, Randolph.
