Darlene M. Eckert, 72, of Frewsburg, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at her home.
She was born on March 7, 1954 in Neptune, NJ, a daughter of the late Edward C. and Esther Carlson Eckert.
She was a graduate of Jackson Memorial High School.
For many years, she was employed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a caregiver of children.
Darlene had a "green thumb" spending many hours working in her garden and flowerbeds.
Darlene is survived by a brother, Edward "Chuck" Eckert and his wife Donna, a cousin Dawn, her sister-in-law, Judy Eckert, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jimmy Eckert in 1947, and a brother, John L. Eckert, whom passed away on January 9, 2026.
In keeping with Darlene's wishes, no service or visitation will be observed.
