Beverly ” Bev ” Vincent

1941-2026

Beverly ” Bev ” Vincent, 85 of Moosehaven, 1701 Park Avenue, Orange Park, Florida passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 21, 2026.

She was born May 1, 1941 and was the daughter of Margaret Harsen and Curtis Langworthy.

Bev was a 1959 graduate of Jamestown High School and attended Jamestown Business College. Before her retirement she worked in the offices of Hopes Windows.

She enjoyed many activities such as camping, dancing, painting, crafting, playing horseshoes, and most of all spending time with her family and friends. Bev was a life long Woman of the Moose Lodge.

Surviving are her two sons, Kenneth ( Kim ) Peterson of Fort Myers, Florida and James Peterson of Jamestown. As well as two step-daughters, Natalie ( Tom ) Marsh and Betsy ( John ) Wunder all of Jamestown. Surviving as well are two brothers, Gary ( Joan ) Harding and Guy Langworthy. Grandchildren include Erik and Ellie Peterson, Kyle Peterson, Michael ( Kaitlyn ) and Ashley Marsh, Nichole ( Eric ) LeClair, Kevin Vincent, and Tessa and James ( Rose ) Vincent, great granddaugters Lila Peterson and Violet LeClair. Also surviving are daughter-in-laws, Sharon Vincent and Laura Vincent, along with many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James C. ” Jim ” Vincent, brother, Ronald Harding, and two step sons, Douglas J. Vincent and Randall C. Vincent.

No visitation was observed per decedent’s request. Cremation performed by Broadus Raines Funeral Home 501 Spring Street Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043.
