Skylar James Vincent See, 17, of Randolph, passed away on Monday (May 18, 2026) in the Town of Conewango (Cattaraugus County, NY), as the result of an accident.

He was born November 18, 2008 in Dunkirk. He was currently a student at Randolph Central School in 11th grade and attended the Ellicottville BOCES for Auto Tech.

Skylar was employed by OJs Smokeshop in Steamburg and enjoyed working and fixing anything with a motor, he enjoyed riding dirt bikes, motorcycles and snow mobiles, he also liked gaming.

Skylar loved his dog Petey, who passed away this past weekend.

He is survived his parents, Ryan See of Randolph and Kimberly Cline of Steamburg, his birth mother, Samantha Marie Dilallo of London, England, Paternal grandparents, James and Emily (Buck) See of Randolph, Maternal Grandparents, Kathy (Koska) Dilallo of Randolph, Todd and Linda (Fiebelkorn) Hill of Randolph, Willard and Brenda Cline of Bradford, Pa. and the late Gino Dillalo, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family invites you join them in celebrating Skylar at 1:00 PM, Saturday (May 23, 2026) at the Randolph Central School Auditorium, from where there will be a time of visitation from 11 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service. Andrew Philblad and Debbie Luce will officiate.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the VanRensselaer & Son Funeral Home, 14 Church Street, Randolph was entrusted with his care.
