Nancy I. Palmer
Nancy was born, Nancy I Peterson to Roy Peterson and Helen (Root) Peterson (Bender) of Jamestown NY. She is predeceased by her parents, an infant daughter, Deborah Palmer, and estranged husband, Roger L Palmer also of Jamestown NY.
Nancy is survived by three children: Timothy Palmer (Sarah Spears) of Kingman AZ; Cynthia Palmer (Larry Dietz) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Jeffrey Palmer of Los Angeles, CA; five granddaughters, four great grandchildren, and her sister, Patty (Rob) Begy of Rochester NY.
Nancy was a resident of southern California from 1964 until her death in 2025. She retired from the Los Angeles County Coroners Office in 2004, after 33 years of dedicated service.
Nancy will be remembered as a loyal friend to some, a wise soul to others and for her generosity to those less fortunate.
Inurnment will be May 27, 2026 at 11 am.
