The celebration of life for Lynn H. Radack, who died January 27, 2026, will be held at 1 pm Saturday in Conduit Ministries, 120 Delaware Avenue, Jamestown. Friends will be received in the church for one hour prior to the service Saturday.
She was the wife of William Radack, Jr. and mother to four children William (April) Radack III, Dr. Matthew (Jane) Radack, Jody Radack and Andrew (Donna) Radack. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She worked as a teacher and SS Peter and Paul Parochial School.
