Joyce Wiltsie

She was born July 22, 1944, in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Verna Phillips Ford.

She was a 1962 graduate of Southwestern Central School. As a legal secretary, she worked for various law firms including the offices of John Vanstrom. She was a member of Lakewood Methodist Church.

Surviving are two brothers, John (Lynn) Ford of Wheeling, WV and Jerald (Mary Ann) Ford of Cockeysville, MD and two stepdaughters, Shelly (Fred) Croscut of Sherman and Sharen Lawrence of Estero, Florida; step grandchildren, Heather Croscut, Brent (Tabitha) Croscut and Stacey (Dustin) Crandall; nieces and nephews, Perri (Richard) Cook, Jeff Ford, Bruce (Dana) Ford, David (Jerri Lynn) Ford, Mary Beth Loveless, Jennifer (Don) Wellner and Joanna (Jay) Raab and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Wiltsie, whom she married July 30, 1971, and who died January 30, 1991.

The funeral will be held at 1 pm Saturday, May 23, 2026, in the Lind Funeral Home. Friends will be received from 11 to 1pm Saturday, two hours prior to the service in the funeral home.

Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
