Jack Eugene Stacey, 92, of Pigeon Valley Road, Randolph, Town of Napoli, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026 at home after a long illness with his family at his side.
Mr. Stacey was born November 3, 1933 in Steamburg, Town of Coldspring the son of the late Eugene N. and Edith Irene Baldwin.
Jack attended Randolph School and had worked on the family farm in Napoli, a Veteran of the United States Army, having served honorable from July 16, 1956 to May 3, 1958. Following his service to his country, Jack was a 44 year employee at Hopes Architectural Windows in Falconer, where was a welder and also continued his farm life on Pigeon Valley Road.
He enjoyed his family and grandchildren, as well as being outdoors riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, boating, gardening and cutting firewood. He was also a fan of NACAR.
Mr. Stacey is survived by his wife of 66 years, Florence E. (Milks) Stacey, whom he married on May 21, 1960 in Perrysburg, three children, Jack O. Stacey and Jeffery (Tammy) Stacey all of Randolph and Debbie Stacey of Jamestown.
He is additionally survived by five grandchildren; Jeffery (Shanta) Stacey of Cattaraugus, Jared ( Rebecca) Stacey of Randolph, Justin Stacey of Jamestown, Brooke (Aaron) Stacey of Falconer and grand-daughter Caregiver; Jillian (Justin) Stacey-Swan of Randolph, two great grandsons, Ryan and Waylon Stacey, five step-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his parents, Eugene and Edith, brothers; Robert and Leonard Stacey and a sister; Etta Hansen.
Private services for the family will take place in the VanRensselaer & Son Funeral Home, 14 Church St., Randolph. Howie T. VanRennselaer will officiate. Burial will follow in the Randolph Cemetery.
