Maryann Nazzaro

She was born Oct. 13, 1944 in Jamestown and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Nazzaro (Fitzella).

It’s no surprise that Maryann would pass on a sunny day. Some people just carry sunshine inside of them: her presence made everything warm and every day brighter.

Her spirit and love were among the kindest and deepest you could ever know. She had an infectious laugh and determined spirit. She had a way of letting everyone know that they were special. Everyone around Maryann felt loved. 

Surviving is her sister, Cathy Nazzaro Hitchcock of Jamestown, NY; nieces and nephews, Lisa Hitchcock, Teel Wilcox, Tricia Bailey, Thomas Nazzaro; as well as all of her Resource Center family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas (Butch) Nazzaro; and niece and nephew, Amy Hitchcock and Tory Arrance.

Friends will be received from 3:30 to 4:30 pm on Tuesday, April 14th in the Lind Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 4:30. The Rev. Adam Rohler will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
