The memorial service for Donna J. Swartzentruber, 79, of Jamestown, who died Jan. 14, 2026, will be held at 3 pm Sunday May 3, 2026, in the Lind Funeral Home. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service Sunday.
Donna spent her working years at L.J. Stein Insurance in Lakewood.
Donna will be forever cherished by her son, CJ Kelley.
She was the widow of George D. Kelley and Warren E. Swartzentruber.
