Sandra T. Migliore

A lifelong area resident she was born Dec. 3, 1951 in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Bert Torrey and Delia Roberts.

Sandra was a graduate of Cassadaga Valley High School and in earlier years was employed by the former Big N Dept. Store and UPS. Prior to retirement she was employed by Consolidated Freightways.

She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her children and grandchildren, crafting, gardening, and taking care of her pet dogs and cats. Sandra also enjoyed and looked forward to yearly camping adventures with family and close friends.

Surviving is her husband, Thomas P. Migliore whom she married Aug. 18, 1973 in Sinclairville; her son, John T. Migliore of Falconer; her daughter, Aaron E. Migliore of Falconer; grandchildren: Anthony Migliore, Devin Dabic, Sofia Dabic, Alex Peterson, Lucas Peterson, a great-granddaughter, Avyana Dabic, and many other neighborhood children she loved as her own. She was a friend to many who became family. Also surviving is a brother, Dennis Torrey of Jamestown.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Allen David Migliore on Nov. 3, 1978; two brothers: David and Steven Torrey; a sister, Darlene Torrey and her beloved cat, Cappuccino.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the Falconer Funeral Home.
