David Edgar Wright

David had previously worked at Adanloc of Jamestown NY until obtaining his license for LPN. He then worked for Jones Hill Psychiatric of Jamestown and UPMC of Jamestown until his retirement.

David was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoying his time at Camp in Marienville with family and friends. David was an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills. He also volunteered many hours of his time at the Ashville Food Pantry.

Surviving is his wife, Sandi of over 52 years, his daughter, Tami Trusler of Little Valley NY. Sisters, Janice and Debbie of Punxsutawney PA, Lisa of Lakewood NY, and Tonya of Jamestown NY. Brothers, Claude of Gerry NY, Jeff of Los Angeles CA, and George of Sherman NY. Two granddaughters, Alyssa and Payton of Jamestown, and three great-grandchildren, Zayden, Ava, & Carter of Jamestown NY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Sharon, and son Jordan.

His beloved dog, Miley was his constant companion and Best Friend.

Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.

No visitation will be held. Services are private.

Family requests that donations in his memory be made to the Ashville Food Pantry, 2180 N. Maple Ave., Ashville NY.
