Cornelia K. (Kuhn) Hennon

Cornelia K. (Kuhn) Hennon, formerly of Jamestown, NY, passed peacefully on Feb. 21, 2026, in Hamburg, NY. Wife of the late William F. Hennon.

A proud graduate of Grove City College, she had many passions in life. Education was one of the biggest. Her love of the Spanish language shone through in so many facets of her life. A lifelong teacher, both professionally and personally, she never passed on an opportunity to encourage her students, siblings, or sons to learn. She touched the lives of hundreds of students during her teaching career at Central Catholic Academy in Pittsburgh, PA and Falconer Central School in Falconer, NY. It was at Falconer that she found her home amongst a wonderful group of fellow faculty members with whom she would develop lifelong friendships. Her love of travel took her to places all over the world. She loved people. She loved taking pictures. One of her best qualities was her insatiable curiosity. About everything. The United States Navy, Medicine, and the Royal family to name a few. She loved music and an avid piano player she was indeed. Her strongest passion during her later years in life was her six grandchildren. To be with them brightened her entire day.

She is also survived by her two sons, Todd (Molly) Hennon and Mark (Theresa, MD) Hennon, MD. The love she showed them will be missed.

A family gathering will be held on the family plot in Wampum, PA at a later date.
