Mark S. Harrower

He was born on August 1, 1967 in Olean, NY, a son of Barbara Rambuski Harrower and the late Richard Harrower.

Mark was a graduate of Randolph Central School and was a member of Carroll Rod & Gun Club and Frewsburg American Legion- Samuel Derby Post 556.

Prior to retiring, he was employed for many years with Sprinkler Fitters Local Union 669.

Mark enjoyed many activities including golf, hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreational vehicles which included his passion for snowmobiling and the Buffalo Bills.

In addition to his mother Barbara, he is survived by his wife, Angela Belin Harrower; two brothers Rodney (Emma) Harrower and Richie Harrower; two nephews Ronald and Chris Harrower; a niece Melinda Houser; two great-nieces Liam and Amelia Harrower; a sister-in-law Donna Mitchell; and brothers-in-law Lance Belin, Bill Smith and Gary Pfund.

He was preceded in death by his father Richard Harrower, who passed away on September 29, 2017, his niece Paige Thomas who passed away in 2017 and his mother in-law Reita Wilson, who passed away on November 29, 2025.

Family and friends will be received from 2-6 pm on Monday, February 23, 2026 at Peterson Funeral Home in Frewsburg NY. A private graveside service will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church Cemetery in Ramey, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice in honor of Mark.
