Rebecca Joanne Sischo

Rebecca was a hometown girl, growing up in Falconer NY, working in Jamestown NY at Bush Industries where she eventually retired.

Rebecca, fondly called Becky, was a spirited, feisty Irish girl that loved her family, friends and all of her furry little pals.

Becky was an avid reader. She found great joy traveling the world through the magic of her books.

Her skill for crocheting was unmatched. She wasted no time making new and wonderful afghans for all the new babies that would join the family tree.

She loved sparkly jewelry and her cowgirl boots. One of her fondest memories was traveling the country with her husband Frank, their dog Roger and their best friends Bruce and Penny Johnson.

Rebecca was pre-deceased by her father, William Shirey; her mother, Donna Bimber; and stepfather, Elvin Bimber. She is survived by her husband, Frank A. Sischo whom she married April 11, 1981 in Jamestown; two sisters, Linda and Kathleen Shirey; and one brother, Patrick Shirey; her sister-in-law, Penny (Bruce) Johnson; and brother-in-law, Brad (Traci) Spencer.

She was blessed to be loved by many nephews and nieces as well as many many friends.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staffs at the offices of Dr Jairus Ibabao, Palliative and Hospice care for the kindness and support.
