Newton Straight

Newton Straight passed away Jan. 1, 2026 at Corry Manor in Corry, PA, after a long illness. Born Nov., 14, 1939, in Weirton, WV, he was the son of the late Newton J., and Thelma Newton. He was the father of Tamatha (Johnathan) Norman of Gainesville, GA, Dwayne Straight, also of Georgia, Thomas Duncan of Ripley, NY, and Jesse Straight of Erie, PA. Newton lived in Ripley, NY, and loved outdoor activities, especially hunting and fishing. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held privately at the request of the family. Arrangements have been made by the FANTAUZZI FUNERAL HOME, 82 E Main St, Fredonia, NY.
