Linda L. Nelson

Born Aug. 25, 1943, Linda was a devoted wife, mother, daughter,nurse, and a faithful servant of the Lord.

She dedicated more than 40 years to nursing, serving in hospitals, teaching future nurses, and establishing rural medical clinics in Africa and South America as a missionary. She concluded her career with Hope Hospice, where she compassionately cared for the terminally ill.

Linda is survived by her husband, Richard C. Nelson; her children: Bethany and Troy; her grandchildren: Melissa, Cody, Rachel, and Zayd; her great-grandchildren: Jemma; her mother: Amy Norberg of Fort Myers, Florida and her brother: Kenneth Davis, Jr. of Bemus Point, NY. Linda lived her life guided by her faith and the words of Scripture: “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” – John10:10b (KJV). She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
