Linda K. Olson

A native of Jamestown, she was born Dec. 21, 1957, a daughter of George and Dorothy Fluent Dimas.

A 1976 graduate of Jamestown High School, she went on to earn a degree from Jamestown Business College.

She worked in the law offices of Ross Weeks as a legal secretary.

Linda always enjoyed being with her family, playing games, knitting, crocheting, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving is her mother Dorothy Dimas of Jamestown; a son Avery (Maria) Olson of Lakewood; two grandchildren Audrina and Alexander Olson; a sister Susan (Hal) Piper of Pittsburgh, PA; nephews Aaron (Gretchen) Piper and Mitchell (Dezarai) Piper; and a niece Maureen (Michael) Spolyar.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home, where friends will be received for 2 hours prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.
