Josephine A. “Josie” Farnella, 100, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday evening, Jan. 11, 2026 at the Heritage Green Rehab & Skilled Nursing Facility. A Registered Nurse, Josie had a long career serving patients at WCA Hospital, Jamestown General Hospital and several hospitals in Buffalo, NY. Her service arrangements will be announced by the Lind Funeral Home.
