Jeana C. Fagan

She was born in Jamestown on Nov. 27, 1962 to Larry and Janet Felton. In her younger years, she traveled extensively, living in North Dakota, Nebraska, and Colorado before returning to Jamestown to raise her family.

Jeana graduated from Jamestown Business College with an Associate’s degree in Accounting and later earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Houghton Academy. In her earlier years, she was employed by JMM&M and later the CCIDA.

As a voracious reader, she could often be found enjoying mystery novels, always figuring out the twist herself. She was an avid crafter who loved practicing calligraphy, fabricating jewelry, and occasional soapmaking.

Jeana enjoyed spending time with her family, from weekly game nights to camping trips all over the state. She was known as Noni by her three grandchildren, who she adored. In addition to the love she had for her family, Jeana had a penchant for adopting rescue animals and taking care of neighborhood strays.

She is survived by her four children: Jennifer (Mike) Smith of Randolph NY; Jeremy (Cherie) White of Lakewood NY; Chelsea Fagan of Nashville TN; Brianne Fagan (Mike Babcock) of Portland ME; three grandchildren, Jonathan and Christopher Smith, and Gage White; brothers, Lawrence “Buzz” Felton, Kenneth Felton; and a sister, Sandra Schroeder.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence “Larry” and Janet Felton.
