Dona M. Mowry

She was born Sept. 4, 1943 in Greenville, PA, the daughter of the late Donald E. and M. Angeline Tanguy Barr.

Dona was a graduate of Greenville High School and was employed by Quality Markets.

She was a member of the Camp St. United Methodist Church and enjoyed camping at Homestead Park Campground in Frewsburg.

Surviving are her son, Donald Mowry of Frewsburg; two daughters, Denise Pavlock of Jamestown, Cynthia (Daniel) Brown of Erie, PA; four grandchildren, Aaron (Jenn) Pavlock of Olean, NY, Adam Pavlock of Buffalo, NY, Samantha Brown of Erie, PA; and Carl (Julia) Brown of New Stanton, PA; a great granddaughter Amelia Brown; and a brother, Philip Barr.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Mowry whom she married Oct. 29, 1965 in Greenville, PA, who died Sept. 24, 2019; a son-in-law, George Pavlock; a granddaughter, Cassandra Finch and a brother, Robert Barr.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Falconer Funeral Home. John Jackson from Camp Street United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Friends will be received by the family from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Koinonia will be singing Amazing Grace at 2:45 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
