John Stanley Mikina

John was predeceased by his wife, Joan T. Weaver, Jamestown, NY and his parents, Ruth and Stanley J. Mikina, St. Petersburg, Florida.

He is survived by his sister, Nancy M. Leiher and her husband- and John’s good friend- Jim; and their daughter, Suzanne (Chris) Lehoski of Spring, Texas ; and his sister, Marti Luke of Volcan, Panama, and her daughter, Sarah Luke Buschlen, and her daughter, Chloe of Seminole, Florida. Also surrvived by two great-nieces, and one great-nephew.

John was born July 25, 1948 in Pittsburgh,PA. He served in the Army in Germany and Vietnam. John graduated University of Miami, Coral Gsbles, Florida.

John moved to Jamestown after he retired from Lockheed Martin, St. Petersburg. He dearly loved his friends from Florida and Jamestown. Thank you Roy Anderson who was a tremendous help John and Joan.. and to Nancy and Marti!. John was an avid gardener and loved his furry, purry kitties!

We miss you already, John… love you!!
