Jefferson A. Blake, 54, of Warren PA, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at his residence. Jefferson was born September 8, 1971, in Jamestown, New York. He was the son of Edward Blake and Marilyn (Haskins) Blake. His greatest joy in life came from being a husband, father, uncle, and dear friend to many. Jeff loved spending time in the woods hunting, finding new cooking recipes for himself and his family to try, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered as strong, loving, and having a smile & laugh that lit up the entire room. He was known for being there for anyone, for anything, always willing to lend a hand. His kindness and devotion to his family will never be forgotten.
He is survived by his wife Jennifer Blake and children Kaitlyn Blake and Jacob Blake of Warren, PA; Siblings, Edward (Janel) Blake of Mayville, NY, Tammy (Deke) Magnuson, of Lakewood, NY, Brandi (David) Jinks of Tampa, FL, and Bob Blake of Erie, PA; along with several nieces and nephews.
Jefferson was preceded in death by his brother Scott Blake, father Edward Blake, mother Marilyn Blake, and father-in-law Dean Wester.
Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna, Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365 has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
A private viewing was held for the family with a celebration of life to be held at a later time.
