James Robert Visosky

James graduated from Falconer Central School, where he enjoyed playing football and building lifelong friendships. After high school, he left the area to pursue a career in the culinary arts, becoming the head chef at The Riverboat Restaurant in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He later returned home to Jamestown to continue his work as head chef in his family’s restaurant, The Belview. His talent, dedication, and steady presence in the kitchen made him a respected figure among coworkers, customers, and the community.

James was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and could always be found cheering them on with loyalty and enthusiasm. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his mother, Sharon, lovingly caring for her before her passing.

James was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Visosky.

He is survived by his father, Gary Visosky; his brother, Jeff Visosky (Laurie); and his sister, Julie Solinger (Ricky).

He is also survived by his nieces: Ashley(Anthony), Querrieo Amanda Holmes, Leesa(Robert), Gibson and Shawna Visosky, as well as several beloved grandnieces and grandnephews. Additional surviving family includes his uncle, Robert Gustafson, and aunt, Sharon Gustafson.

James will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
