Robert H. Munson

Robert was born on Feb. 1, 1935, in Dansville, N.Y., the son of the late Harold and Mary McCanna Munson. He was a graduate of Mount Morris High School and Geneseo State Teachers College.

Robert served in the U.S. Army during Korean Conflict in Germany as an Education Specialist. He was a teacher in our community for 30 years at Lincoln Jr. High and Persell Middle School.

Robert was a member of Association of Mathematics Teachers of New York State, National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and Life Member of the National Education Association.

He enjoyed working on Genealogy, both Swedish and American.

Friends and family may visit Powers, Present & Sixbey Funeral Home, 316 E. 5th St., Jamestown, N.Y. on Tuesday, Dec. 2 from noon- 1 PM. A Full Military Honor Service will be held at Lake View Cemetery following visitation.
