A celebration of life for David “Dave” Hamilton, who passed away Nov. 4, 2025, will be held at 3 pm Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, in the Lind Funeral Home, where friends will be received from 1-3 pm Saturday. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
Dave joined the United States Marine Corps in 1965, serving honorably in Vietnam from 1966 to 1967. Dave continued his military service in the United States Army Reserves from 1977 to 1995.
Dave retired from JNK Corporation in 2007
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Jo; his daughter, Christine Hamilton; his son, John Hamilton and daughter-in-law, Tina; and his cherished grandchildren, Tannon and Landon; another grandchild, Kyle Peterson. In addition, his brothers in law, Jim Bonfiglio (Marsha) and Russell Bonfigilo (Robin); his Godchild, Huxley Hale; best friend, James Hale and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Dave was preceded in death by his brothers Alan and George Hamilton, his sisters, Judy Moyer, Alfreda Hamilton, as well as his lifelong friend, Gordy Skinner.
