Christopher J. Buck, 52, of Jamestown, passed away peacefully in his home on Nov. 17, 2025. He was born in Jamestown on Dec. 20, 1972, to Karen (Buck) Christian and the late Kenneth R. Buck.
In prior years, Chris worked for many wonderful people and attended the Watts Flats United Methodist Church.
Chris leaves behind his mother, Karen (Art) Christian; his siblings, Tammy (Keith) Krueger of Falconer, Teresa (Billy) Ferguson of Boston, NY, Michael Buck and Timothy Buck of Jamestown, Robin Sexton of Concord, CA; step-siblings, Kim (Joe) Scutella and Kirt (Angela) Christian, all of Rochester; his Uncle Ken; and many nieces and nephews.
Chris was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Berdina Furlow; his father, Kenneth R. Buck; a brother, Private First Class Kenneth J. Nelson; a nephew, John Michael Grilla; and two aunts, Pat and Bev.
The funeral for Christopher will be at 1 pm Monday, Nov. 24, 2025, at Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Laura Csellak will officiate. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service from 11-1pm Monday at Lind’s. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Blue Star Mothers or to a charity of your choice.
