Uria N. Bender

Born July 14, 1941, in Huntsburg, OH, he was a son of the late Noah and Elizabeth Byler Bender.

A self-employed farmer for many years he was a member of the Old Order Amish Community.

The family wishes to thank the many friends and family who did good deeds and helped them during his illness.

Surviving is his wife Elizabeth Hershberger Bender; 2 sons Owen and wife Betty Bender and Ernest and wife Rachel Bender; 19 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by son Daniel Bender; daughters Annamary, Nancy and Marie and two great grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 9 am Monday, October 27, 2025, in the family home.

Burial will be in Amish Clymer Hill Cemetery.
