Shirley L. Smith

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Mabel and Stuart Swanson, her son, Jay King, and a sister, Jo-Ann Swanson.

She is survived by a nephew, Raoul Bupp of Maple Springs, NY and a sister, Autumn Stewart of Summerfield, Florida.

Shirley was a Jamestown High School graduate. Also a graduate of Jamestown Community College and Jamestown School of Practical Nursing. She worked many years as a telephone operator for the Jamestown Telephone Company. Later years were spent as an LPN working mostly in South Florida (prior to retirement).

She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling. She loved going for coffee and doughnuts with her sister Autumn.
