Linda C. Hall

1947-2025

Linda C. Ecklof Hall, 77, of Bluffton, SC, and Frewsburg, NY, died Saturday Sept. 27, 2025, in her home in Bluffton.

A native of Jamestown, she was born Dec. 14, 1947, a daughter of the late Richard “Dick” and Caroline Persell Ecklof.

She was a 1966 graduate of Jamestown High School and went on to study at University at Buffalo.

For a number of years, she worked at Southern Tier Builders Association.

She enjoyed the time she spent on the golf course as a member of Moonbrook Country Club and Collaton River Club in South Carolina.

Surviving are four stepchildren: Sandy (Tony) Baggiano of Augusta, GA, Robert Hall of Florida, Randy Hall of Steamburg, NY and Bruce Hall of Myrtle Beach, SC; three grandchildren: Julia Baggiano, Matt Baggiano and Allison Chitester; two great-grandchildren: Bella and Kason Baggiano; a brother, Richard (Suzan) Ecklof of Jamestown and a sister, Diane (Dennis) Shelters of Kentucky.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Hall, whom she married May 11, 1985, and who died Feb. 19, 2018, and a grandson, Justin Hall.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
