Linda A. Alm

Linda attained her B.S from Slippery Rock University after receiving her GED. Proudly, she was a career Registered Nurse until she retired in 2013 from the ACT program where she worked as a psychiatric nurse. Linda was most proud of her work as a nurse, which also carried on even after retirement.

Linda had a strong spirit with a very kind and loving soul. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Sharing a meal with loved ones is what Linda enjoyed the most, of course with dessert first. Linda’s sense of humor will be missed greatly, as she could lighten any mood with ease. Linda loved being close to the ocean and spent many vacations with her toes in the sand. Linda saw beauty in nature and loved to watch all types of wildlife, especially in her yard.

Surviving are her children: Karrylyn (Bill) Fennick, Nathan (Vanessa) Alm, Rebekah (Lisa) Bongiorno; six grandchildren: Amanda (Doug) Noullet, Tyler Lower, Sonna (KT) Alm, Nick Kilpatrick, Franklyn Guyette III, Jackson Cornell; and three great grandchildren. Linda is also survived by her life partner, Deborah Koziarski, whom she loved dearly and enjoyed spending her later years with.

In keeping with Linda’s wishes, no formal service will be observed at this time. The family will announce a celebration of life for public visitation in the coming months.
